Plan the budget, the guests, the food and the cards in one place
Weddings, birthdays and festivals need many small calculations and a lot of paperwork. These free tools handle both, in your browser, with nothing to install and no sign-up. Start with the wedding budget calculator, which splits a total into venue, catering, outfits and more, or the event budget planner for any party. The wedding checklist and timeline counts back from your date, and the guest list and RSVP tracker keeps names, sides and replies in one list on your device.
For quantities, the party food quantity calculator covers Indian, Western, finger-food and kids' menus, the wedding and party drinks calculator works out bottles and ice, the cake serving calculator sizes tiers, and the wedding flower calculator counts stems, garlands and marigolds. For the venue, the tent and venue capacity calculator and dance floor size calculator turn guest numbers into square feet and standard sizes.
For words and cards, there is the wedding card maker, the save the date maker, the birthday invitation maker, the festival greeting card maker for Diwali, Eid, Christmas and more, the invitation wording generator, the wedding vow generator and the wedding speech and toast generator. Cards download as print-ready PDFs, and festival cards also as share-sized images.
Traditions and gifts
- Indian weddings. The marriage biodata maker builds a printable biodata, the wedding date and muhurat finder lists auspicious dates, and the shagun amount calculator suggests a gift amount by relationship and city.
- Gifts and fun. The anniversary gift by year chart shows US traditional, modern and UK themes, and the Secret Santa generator draws names with exclusions.

- Printables. The seating chart maker and gift tag maker are in the printables sector, and the QR code generator adds an RSVP or map link to any card.
- Dates. The countdown timer counts down to the big day, and kundli matching is in the astrology sector.
Events & Weddings: frequently asked questions
Are these wedding tools free?
Yes. They are free, need no account and run in your browser. Guest lists, budgets and photos stay on your device and are not uploaded.
How much food do I need per guest?
It depends on the menu. For an Indian buffet the calculator starts from typical caterer portions such as 150 g of rice, 200 g of dal and 250 g of vegetables per adult; for Western menus it uses published catering guides. It counts children as a share of an adult portion and adds a buffer you choose, and you can edit every portion.
How big a tent do I need for 150 guests?
At round tables, allow about 12 square feet per guest, then add the dance floor, bars, buffet and stage. For 150 guests with a dance floor, a DJ, a bar and a 10% buffer that comes to about 2,500 square feet, which rounds up to a standard 30 × 90 ft tent. The tent calculator shows the working.
Can I print the cards at home?
Yes. The card makers export a print-ready PDF at card size or centred on an A4 or Letter sheet with crop marks, and the festival greeting card maker also saves square and story-size images for WhatsApp and Instagram.
Are the budget splits and gift amounts rules?
No. They are typical shares from published planning guides, shown so you can change every figure. Your own priorities, city and family customs should decide the final numbers.
