Tune your setup, test your gear and do the maths behind the game

These free gaming tools run in your browser with nothing to install. To match your aim between games, the mouse sensitivity converter keeps the same cm/360 across titles, the eDPI calculator compares setups, and the FOV calculator works out the right field of view for a monitor, a curved screen or a triple-screen sim rig. The crosshair generator makes a pixel-perfect crosshair image, and the frame time calculator converts FPS to milliseconds and finds the 1% lows in a frame log.

To test your hardware, the controller tester shows every button and checks for stick drift, the mouse polling rate test and mouse DPI analyzer measure your mouse, the double-click test catches a worn switch, and the input lag test estimates the delay from click to screen. When building a PC, the PSU wattage calculator adds up power from the makers' own figures.

For stats and planning, there is the K/D ratio calculator, the win rate calculator, the Elo rating calculator with FIDE rules, the DPS calculator, the gacha pity calculator and the pixel circle generator for block-building games.

Honest about what a browser can measure

  • Estimates are labelled. Polling rate, DPI and input lag are measured from browser events, so the result includes the browser and display and is an estimate. Each page explains its limits.
  • Game values are sourced. Sensitivity values, drop rates and power figures show where they come from and how sure they are, and you can edit any of them.
  • Nothing runs over your games. The tools are web pages: they cannot draw on top of a game, and nothing is installed.

Gaming: frequently asked questions

Are these gaming tools free?

Yes. They are free, need no account and run in your browser. Nothing is downloaded to your PC and no game files are touched.

How do I convert my sensitivity between games?

Each game turns mouse counts into degrees with its own multiplier, called yaw. The sensitivity converter finds your cm/360 in the first game and gives the sensitivity that matches it in the second, at your DPI.

How do I check my controller for stick drift?

Connect the controller, press any button so the browser can see it, then leave the sticks alone. The controller tester measures how far each stick rests from the centre and suggests a dead zone.

How much power supply do I need?

Add up the peak power of the CPU, graphics card and other parts, then leave headroom so the PSU runs at about 80% or less of its rating. The PSU calculator also compares the result with the graphics card maker’s recommended PSU and uses the higher figure.

Can a crosshair overlay get me banned?

Some games treat overlays as against their rules. The crosshair generator only makes an image and a full-screen preview in the browser; it cannot draw over a game. Check your game’s rules before using any overlay software.
