Galaxy of Tools (“we”, “us”) operates galaxyoftools.com. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the site.
Files and text you use in tools
Most tools process your input — files, images, audio, text and numbers — entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. That data is not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see it.
A few tools need information from the internet to work, and say so on the page. For example, the currency converter downloads exchange rates, and the IP lookup asks a public service for your address details. In those cases only the minimum needed for the request is sent, directly to that service.
Information stored on your device
We use your browser’s local storage to remember preferences such as light or dark theme, your saved and recently used tools, and data you choose to keep in tools like the notepad or to-do list. This stays on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Analytics and advertising
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and improve the site, and may show advertising to keep the tools free. Any such providers may set their own cookies, and we will list them here when they are in use.
Third-party libraries
Some tools load open-source libraries (for example to read PDFs) from public content delivery networks such as cdnjs and jsDelivr. These services receive standard request information like your IP address, as with any website.
Children
The site is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
