Printing sends only the sheet to the printer at 100% scale. The PDF is vector (sharp at any size); the PNG shows the first page. Everything is drawn in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

Your details stay on this device. Nothing you type or the photo is uploaded; the PDF and image are made in your browser, and the .json file is only for you to continue later. Before you share: a biodata often gets forwarded far beyond the family you send it to, so share it with people you know, leave out the full home address and any ID numbers, give one contact number rather than several, and consider sending the photo only on request.

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter or upload is sent to a server.

A free marriage biodata maker in English, Hindi and Marathi

This marriage biodata maker turns a short form into a neat, printable biodata for marriage: personal details, education and work, family details, optional horoscope details and contact information, with your photo. Choose one of four designs — traditional maroon and gold, pastel floral, a modern sidebar or a royal mandala border — and labels in English, Hindi or Marathi.

Download an A4 or US Letter PDF to print or send, a PNG for WhatsApp, or print directly. It is free, there is no watermark and no sign-up, and nothing you type is uploaded: the biodata is made entirely in your browser.

How to use the Marriage Biodata Maker

  1. Pick a design, the label language (English, हिंदी or मराठी), the paper size and a font.
  2. Choose a blessing line such as “॥ श्री गणेशाय नमः ॥” or none, and check the title.
  3. Press Add photo and frame it with Zoom and Move (optional).
  4. Fill in the personal, family, horoscope and contact details. Leave a box empty to leave that line out, or untick a whole section; add anything else under Other details as “Label: value”.
  5. Press Download PDF, Download PNG or Print biodata. Use Save details to keep a copy of your entries on your device for next time.

Photo frame

A passport-style frame (or a circle in the sidebar design) that the details flow around.

Marriage biodata format: what to include

Most biodata formats used in India follow the same order, and this page uses it:

  • Personal details: name, date, time and place of birth, height, marital status, religion and community if you wish, education, occupation, income if you choose to share it, diet, languages and hobbies.
  • Family details: parents’ names and occupations, brothers and sisters, native place and the type of family.
  • Horoscope details (optional): rashi, nakshatra and charan, gan, nadi, gotra and manglik status — the inputs families use for guna milan. The kundli matching page compares two charts, and the kundli generator finds these values from birth details.
  • Contact details: one contact person and number, an email, and a town or area rather than a full street address.

Sharing a biodata safely

A biodata carries a lot of personal information — date and place of birth, family names, phone numbers and a photo — and once it is forwarded on WhatsApp or posted in a group you cannot take it back. Send it to families and matchmakers you know, keep ID numbers and the exact home address off it, give a single contact number, and think about sharing the photo only after first contact. This page never sees your data: the PDF and image are generated on your device and the optional .json save file stays with you.

Tips for a good biodata

  • Keep it to one page; short, factual lines read better than long paragraphs.
  • Write the height both ways (5 ft 4 in, 163 cm) — the height converter helps.
  • Use the same spelling of names as on official documents.
  • Hindi or Marathi labels? The PDF is then saved as a 300 dpi image so the letters print exactly as on screen; the PNG works as usual.
