A printable OMR sheet generator with an on-screen practice mode
This OMR sheet generator draws a clean optical-mark answer sheet for any number of questions from 1 to 300 — the common sizes are one click away: 50, 100, 180 for NEET-style papers and 200. Each sheet has numbered rows of A–D or A–E bubbles, a roll-number grid where candidates write and bubble their number, a booklet-code box, details boxes for name and signatures, and an instructions strip that shows the right and wrong ways to mark. Print it, or download a vector PDF or a PNG.
Teachers and coaching centres can match their own test: rename the sheet, split it into sections such as Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology, start numbering at any question, and choose magenta, blue or black bubbles. Students can switch to Practise on screen, fill bubbles with a timer running, type the answer key and get the score with the exam’s negative marking. Everything is generated in your browser.

OMR Sheet Generator & Practice features
50 to 300 questions
The layout chooses the number of columns and the row height so that up to 200 questions fit on one A4 or Letter page; longer papers continue on further pages.
Real OMR parts
Roll-number grid with write-in boxes and 0–9 bubbles, booklet code, details boxes, corner marks and a right-way / wrong-way strip.
Vector PDF
Bubbles and text stay sharp at any printer resolution; A4, Letter, A5 and Legal, portrait or landscape.
Practice with real marking
NEET and JEE Main +4/−1, CUET +5/−1, UPSC +2/−⅔, SSC +2/−0.50 or your own marks, with the timer and a colour-coded review.
Flexible answer keys
Type ABCD…, numbered pairs like 1-A, or option numbers; * marks a dropped question.
How to fill an OMR sheet correctly
- Use a blue or black ball-point pen unless your exam says otherwise; NEET (UG) issues its own ball-point pen at the centre.
- Darken the whole circle, one per question. A tick, a cross, a dot or a half-filled bubble may not be read.
- Do not change an answer: OMR answers cannot be erased, and overwriting may count as two responses.
- Fill the roll number and booklet code first — boxes and bubbles both — and check them against your admit card.
- Practise at speed: 180 bubbles in a 3-hour paper is about one minute per question, and filling as you go saves the last-minute rush.
Common OMR sheet sizes
The sheets are for practice and classroom use. They are not calibrated for a particular optical reader, so do not use them where an exam body’s scanner will read the marks. To score a real computer-based test from its response sheet, use the response sheet marks calculator; for marks from counts, the negative marking calculator.
| Use | Questions | Options | Marking (practice mode) |
